My mum visited on Thursday 10th November. She's 74 and walks with a stick. She needed to buy a large (and heavy) bag of dog food. There were no other shoppers in the store but when she asked for help getting the bag the shop assistants were too busy giggling together to assist her. My mum struggled to get the bag into a trolley with no help. Then when she paid they wouldn't help her take the bag to her car so again she had to do it herself. Very poor service!
